Changed your mind? Not to worry!
Refunds or Exchanges are offered on all eligible orders returned to us within 30 days of your delivery date and will incur a $9.60 postage & handling fee.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
1. Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
2. Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
3. Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty item. Please CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM here with your order number, a photo of the item and the name/product code of the item and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
